Refund policy

1. Return Merchandise only Authorization (RMA) Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. To initiate a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing Shipping@cobraflexprinters.com. Your request should include:

  • The original order number and purchase date;

  • The item(s) you wish to return;

  • The reason for the return.

Returns submitted without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number must be clearly and legibly marked on the exterior of the return package.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be eligible for return provided that:

  • The return is initiated within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt;

  • The product is in new, unused condition with no visible signs of wear;

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, complete with all included components.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items returned more than 15 days after receipt;

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear;

  • Items not in their original packaging.

  • No electrical parts like boards, printheads,ribbon cables

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Approved returns may be processed as:

  • Refunds to the original method of payment; or

  • Exchanges or store credit, at the customer’s request.

All such returns must be received within 15 days of the original delivery date. Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift certificate.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for return items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Return Instructions

To return an item:

  • Obtain your RMA number from Shipping@cobraflexprinters.com

  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return parcel;

  • Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA confirmation email.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.

  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
