Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and product.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to initiate a claim. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on the outcome of the investigation.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
